Return and refund

At Uneq, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, our return and refund policy is here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition of Items
    Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items such as used apparel, candles that have been lit, or customized products are not eligible for return.
  4. Return Request Process
    To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order number, reason, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
    For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
    The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
  5. Approval & Pickup
    Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for return shipping.
  6. Refund Method
    Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  7. Exchange Option
    You may opt for an exchange instead of a refund if the desired product is in stock.
  8. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping charges will be covered by Uneq in case of defective or incorrect items; otherwise, the customer bears the cost.
