- Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. - Condition of Items
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. - Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as used apparel, candles that have been lit, or customized products are not eligible for return. - Return Request Process
To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order number, reason, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter. - Approval & Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide instructions for return shipping. - Refund Method
Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. - Exchange Option
You may opt for an exchange instead of a refund if the desired product is in stock. - Shipping Costs
